Our services at a glance

The ideal arrangement is that two people get together to come along for cookery sessions. I have though now had the opportunity to have classes for up to five people and have been very pleased at how the sessions work. I do feel however that a group of friends under these circumstances would work better.

To get back to normal classes for two, friends or relatives usually works well, i.e. Father and son in law, just to promote a wee bit of competitiveness.

For single participants, I try to join two like minded people together, and although they may not know each other experience has shown that the day can be even more successful because of that.

Each session commences at 9.45am with coffee and a chat giving us a chance to get to know each other and to take in the view from the kitchen.

We start cooking at 10.00am and over each session will produce from 6 to 8 different dishes.

The sessions finish about 4.00pm with adequate opportunities to sit down at various stages during the day to enjoy what has been produced along with a glass of wine.

All my courses are very "hands on" with step by step guidance rather

than demonstration so that you do it all yourself.
